King Chessmon

A king Digimon maneuvering behind the scenes in order to build the great Chessmon empire. However, nobody knows what kind of thing a Chessmon empire is, and because of the environs, they aren't even interested. Since it is a coward it almost never attacks by itself, and it's only fast when it comes to running away in an emergency. Its catchphrase is, "He that fights and runs away may live to fight another day!" However, it also has an intellect that is surprisingly on the same level as a supercomputer. Its Special Move is attacking by itself as a last resort (Checkmate). If its own life is at stake, this technique possesses superior offensive power. Also, it can produce a body double of itself using the "King Stick" it always carries. Its "King Dash", in which it quickly runs away, is also its forte among Signature Moves.

チェスモン大帝国を築く為に暗躍する王様デジモン。しかし、チェスモン大帝国がどのようなものか誰も知らず、周囲からも興味を持たれていない。小心者で自分から攻撃をすることはほとんど皆無で、いざという時の逃げ足だけは速い。口癖は「逃げるが勝ち！」。しかし、意外にもスパコン並みの頭脳をもっている。必殺技は、しかたなく自分から攻撃する『チェックメイト』。この技は自分の命がかかると超絶な攻撃力をもつ。また、自分の影武者を創り出す『キングスティック』を肌身離さず持っている。素早く逃げる『キングダッシュ』も得意中の得意技である。
