Candmon

A Flame Digimon whose Digicore, which can also be said to be a Digimon's heart, burns intensely while mounted atop its head. When the Digicore on Candmon's head ceases to burn, it becomes unable to maintain its life processes. One theory suggests that the flame on its head is its true form, and that the rest of its body is naught but a dummy. Despite being a Flame Digimon, it has a docile personality and will not bring danger to its surroundings out of its own volition. Its Special Move is spitting out small fireballs (Bonfire).

デジモンの心臓部ともいえるデジコアを頭につけ、激しく燃焼させている火炎型デジモン。頭の上で燃えているデジコアの火が消えると、キャンドモンは生命活動を維持できなくなってしまう。一説には頭上の炎が本体で、体の部分はダミーではないかと言われている。火炎型のデジモンにしては性格はおとなしく、自ら回りに危害を加えることは無い。必殺技は小さな火球を吐き出す『ボンファイア』。
